Our compounds are produced in cGMP- and ISO-certified facilities that our supply chain has vetted in person, with owners met, facilities inspected, and standards verified before any compound enters our supply chain. This network costs us more to source from, and we choose to pay it to hold the highest standard for our product and the researchers who rely on it. Every batch is then independently tested, with the final Certificate of Analysis issued by ILS Laboratories.

All Virtus compounds meet a minimum purity threshold of 99%+ as verified by independent third-party laboratory analysis.

Every Virtus Peptides batch passes the full QC panel at ILS Laboratories: purity and quantitation by reversed-phase HPLC confirms purity to ≥99%; identity confirmation by LC-MS verifies compound identity; heavy metals by ICP-MS screens for arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and lead; bacterial endotoxin by LAL tests for endotoxin contamination from the manufacturing process; and a rapid sterility screen by DNA microarray confirms the batch is free of microbial contamination. Three vials per batch are tested, and purity and net peptide weight are reported as averages across the three vials to confirm batch conformity with no variance between vials. A batch only ships once it passes the full QC panel.

While the factories in our supply chain are vetted in person, Virtus does not take that on trust. Every batch passes independent multi-lab inspection, with the final Certificate of Analysis issued by ILS Laboratories, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited analytical testing laboratory based in San Diego, California. Every COA is QR-verified and can be authenticated directly with ILS Laboratories at ils-lab.com.
