Every released Virtus Peptides batch is independently tested by ILS Laboratories, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited analytical testing laboratory in San Diego, California, before fulfillment. Every Certificate of Analysis is issued by ILS and can be authenticated directly with the laboratory.

Every Virtus Peptides batch passes the full QC panel at ILS Laboratories: purity and quantitation by HPLC, heavy metals by ICP-MS (lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and mercury), bacterial endotoxin by USP <85>, and a rapid microbial screen (reported as Sterility (PCR)). Five vials are tested per batch, each pulled from a different carton of ten: three provide the material for the complete ILS quality control panel, and two additional vials are each tested for HPLC purity, identity, and net peptide content to evaluate conformity, and a batch only ships once it passes.

ISO/IEC 17025:2017 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. A laboratory holding this accreditation has demonstrated, through independent third-party assessment, that it operates a quality management system, uses validated test methods, maintains traceable measurement standards, and produces technically valid results.

Yes. Every ILS Laboratories Certificate of Analysis is QR-verified. Scan the code or follow the link on the COA to authenticate it directly with the laboratory. ILS Laboratories is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited.

Each COA includes the compound name, batch number, test date, testing methods used, percent purity result, weight verification, heavy metals panel results, endotoxin screening results, and rapid microbial screening results.

Total Units is the number of vials the batch was received with. Units Remaining is how many of those are still available to order from that batch, and it updates as orders ship. The two do not differ by sales alone: the five vials sent to ILS Laboratories for testing come out of the same batch and are never sold. Both figures come from our own inventory records and are not part of the laboratory certificate.
