Every released Virtus Peptides batch must meet a minimum HPLC purity threshold of 99%, verified by independent third-party laboratory analysis, before it becomes available for fulfillment. Every batch is independently tested by ILS Laboratories through the full QC panel for purity, quantitation, heavy metals, bacterial endotoxin, and a rapid microbial screen. Five vials from each batch are tested: three provide the material for the complete ILS quality control panel, and two more are each tested for HPLC purity, identity, and net peptide content to evaluate conformity.

A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory report documenting the analytical results (identity, purity, and lot-specific characteristics) obtained from the submitted batch samples. Every released peptide product ships with the Certificate of Analysis for the exact batch supplied, and all released batch COAs are published in our COA Database and may be authenticated directly with ILS Laboratories.

Every released Virtus Peptides batch is independently tested by ILS Laboratories, an analytical testing laboratory based in San Diego, California. ILS Laboratories is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, the international standard for the technical competence of testing laboratories. We do not self-certify any of our compounds. Every batch passes the full QC panel: purity and quantitation by HPLC, heavy metals by ICP-MS (lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and mercury), bacterial endotoxin by USP <85>, and a rapid microbial screen (DNA microarray). Three vials provide the material required for the complete ILS quality control panel, and two additional vials are each tested for HPLC purity, identity, and net peptide content to evaluate conformity.

All Virtus Peptides compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. We do not provide reconstitution, dosing, or administration guidance.

No. No product sold by Virtus Peptides has been evaluated or approved by the FDA. The existence of an approved drug containing the same or a related active ingredient does not confer approval on any Virtus Peptides research product. All products are supplied as research-use-only materials.

No. Virtus Peptides cannot and will not provide reconstitution guidance, dosing information, or any instruction related to administration or human use.

All testing is performed by ILS Laboratories, an independent analytical testing laboratory located in San Diego, California. ILS Laboratories is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, the international standard for the technical competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Founded in 2019, ILS Laboratories performs analytical chemistry and microbiology testing across a broad range of industries.

Every Virtus Peptides batch undergoes the full QC panel at ILS Laboratories:

• Purity and quantitation (HPLC): High-Performance Liquid Chromatography quantifies purity to ≥99%, confirms the active peptide mass per vial, and confirms compound identity.
• Heavy metals (ICP-MS): Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, and mercury.
• Bacterial endotoxin (USP <85>): USP <85> tests for bacterial endotoxin contamination from the manufacturing process.
• Rapid Microbial Screen (DNA Microarray): a DNA-based microarray screen for a broad panel of microbial contaminants, reported by ILS on the certificate as Sterility (PCR); result No Growth. It is not a representation that the product is sterile.

Five vials from each batch are tested: three provide the material for the complete ILS quality control panel, and two more are each tested for HPLC purity, identity, and net peptide content to evaluate conformity, and every sampled vial must meet its acceptance criteria for the batch to pass. A batch only ships once it passes the full QC panel.

HPLC purity (RP-HPLC area normalization at 214 nm) describes the proportion of the target peptide relative to peptide-related material in the analyzed sample. A result of ≥99% means the target peptide accounts for at least 99% of the peptide material measured by the method. It speaks to how clean the compound is; it does not by itself establish the total quantity of peptide in the vial or prove the absence of every possible non-peptide impurity. ILS Laboratories' specification is ≥95%. Virtus Peptides applies a stricter release criterion and does not release a batch with reported HPLC purity below 99%.

Purity and quantitation answer two different questions. Purity, as a percentage by HPLC, describes how clean the compound is: the proportion of the target peptide relative to peptide-related material. Quantitation, reported as net peptide content in milligrams, describes how much of the target peptide is actually in the tested vial. A vial can be high in purity yet differ from its labeled milligram content, so both appear on every Certificate of Analysis. For blends, total net peptide content is measured, and per-component amounts are calculated from the manufacturer's formulation ratio rather than separately quantified.

Every commercial batch must return an HPLC purity result of at least 99% before it is released for sale. That guarantee applies to the independently tested batch sample: five vials are drawn at random from the batch we ship, each from a different carton of ten, and the batch is released only if it meets every release criterion. It does not represent that every individual vial has been separately tested, which is not how batch-release testing works at any laboratory.

ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. A laboratory holding this accreditation has demonstrated, through independent third-party assessment, that it operates a quality management system, uses validated test methods, maintains traceable measurement standards, and produces technically valid results.

We source through an established North American supply partner that conducts onsite manufacturer reviews against documented cGMP practices and applicable ISO quality criteria.

That partner is based in Canada and does the factory vetting, confirming each manufacturer operates against current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and ISO standards before any compound is sourced.

Virtus Peptides' edge is batch tracing. We capture the factory batch number on every lot and catalogue it against independent lab testing, so each vial traces back to a specific, documented batch.

Each Virtus Peptides batch carries a unique internal batch number that maps directly to the upstream manufacturer's lot. Every COA references the batch number under test, and every shipped vial is associated with the batch it came from. This means any vial in your possession can be traced back through our internal records to the COA on file and to the original manufacturer's production lot.

Our COA Database also lists how many vials each released batch was received with and how many are still available to order from it.

Every vial carries two identifiers. The LOT is the manufacturer's production lot; the Batch is the internal reference Virtus Peptides assigns and tracks against it. Here is how each one decodes, using an upcoming BPC-157/TB-500 (20mg) release as an example.

Yes. Every COA is QR-verified and can be authenticated directly with ILS Laboratories. ILS Laboratories' contact information is publicly listed at ils-lab.com.

Yes. Link Money redirects you to your bank's own login page to authorize the payment, so your bank credentials never touch Virtus Peptides' servers and we never see your account or routing numbers. Zelle transfers happen entirely inside your own banking app. Card payments are encrypted in transit and processed directly by our card processor. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Orders $750 and under ship the same business day after payment is authorized, provided it clears before our 4pm MST cutoff. Orders authorized after the cutoff are still packed the same day and ship the next business day. Bank (ACH) orders over $750 ship within 2 business days after settlement clears (typically 1-3 business days from order). You'll receive tracking the moment the carrier scans the label.

Every shipment includes free Shipping Protection. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours (with photos for damage) and we will ship you a replacement. Reports made after 72 hours cannot be covered.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is outside our control. You may file a claim directly with the carrier.

Store at −20°C (−4°F) in a standard laboratory freezer, protected from light, moisture, and heat. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Standard laboratory PPE: nitrile or latex gloves, safety glasses, lab coat, and work in a properly ventilated area or biosafety cabinet.

Dispose in accordance with applicable environmental and chemical waste regulations. Do not dispose in household trash or sink drains.

Per the manufacturer, our lyophilized peptides remain stable for 12–24 months when stored frozen in the original sealed vial. Our own batch release testing verifies identity, purity, content, and contaminant screening; it does not itself establish shelf life. Store bacteriostatic water per the Pfizer/Hospira label.
