Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled on a tiered timeline based on payment status:

• Most orders: ship the same business day after payment is confirmed (bank authorization for Link Money, verified transfer for Zelle, or card approval for Card Payments), provided confirmation lands before our 4:00pm MST daily fulfillment cutoff. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are packed the same business day and ship the next business day.
• Bank (ACH) orders over $750: placed on hold pending settlement (typically 1–3 business days). Orders ship within two business days after settlement clears.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to delay an order in the event of stock-replenishment, batch-testing, manufacturer lead times, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond our normal workflow. You will be notified by email if a meaningful processing delay applies to your order.

Multiple Shipments. Occasionally an order is dispatched in more than one parcel. When that happens each parcel has its own tracking number and there is no additional shipping charge to you. This is expected behavior, not a shipping error.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior labeling identifying the contents, the brand, or the nature of the materials inside. Outer packaging carries only the shipping carrier's labels and the return address required for delivery. This is a standard practice for research-supply shipments and is not intended to imply any concealment of regulated materials. All Virtus Peptides products are sold strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) compounds for in-vitro laboratory work.

Domestic U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx 2-Day Express, according to the service selected at checkout. A tracking number is generated for every order and emailed to the address provided at checkout once the package is tendered to the carrier.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 72 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

Domestic U.S. shipping offers two flat-rate services, not live carrier-calculated rates: USPS Ground Advantage at $4.75 and FedEx 2-Day Express at $12.00. Free shipping applies automatically above the threshold below.

Virtus Research LLC offers free domestic shipping on qualifying orders, applied automatically at checkout based on the product subtotal after all discounts, including any coupon code (shown as “Subtotal After Savings” in the checkout summary):

• Free shipping on orders with a subtotal after discounts of $200 or more, on either USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx 2-Day Express
• At that threshold FedEx 2-Day Express is selected by default, as it is the faster service at no additional cost; USPS Ground Advantage remains available and is also free

The threshold is calculated after any applicable pack or coupon discounts are applied to the product subtotal and does not include the shipping charge itself. Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other shipping discounts and apply only to U.S. domestic addresses. Virtus Research LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping threshold at any time; the threshold in effect at the time the order is placed governs that order.

International shipping availability varies by destination and is subject to change without notice. We do not ship to every country. Where international shipping is available, the customer is solely responsible for:

• Verifying the legality of importing research compounds into the destination country
• All customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country
• Any documentation, licensing, or import permits required by the destination country
• Risk of customs seizure, refusal of entry, return-to-sender, or destruction of the package by customs authorities

Virtus Research LLC will not falsify customs declarations, declare a shipment as a "gift," or under-declare value to circumvent duties. All international shipments are declared accurately as research-use materials. No refund will be issued for packages seized, destroyed, or refused by customs.

Every domestic shipment includes complimentary Shipping Protection: Virtus Research LLC purchases carrier insurance on every package we send, at no cost to you. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will file the insurance claim and ship a replacement once the claim is filed. Shipping Protection is replacement-only: it never entitles the customer to a refund, credit, or compensation of any kind, consistent with our Refund Policy.

TIME LIMIT: a lost or damaged shipment must be reported to Support@VirtusPeptides.com within 72 hours, measured from the carrier's delivery scan for a damaged package (include photos of the packaging and contents) or from the expected delivery date shown on tracking for a package lost in transit. The carrier's insurer requires prompt filing; a report made after 72 hours cannot be filed with the insurer and is not eligible for a replacement.

Shipping Protection covers loss and damage in transit only. The following remain outside our responsibility and are not covered:

• Carrier delays, including weather delays, mechanical issues, or carrier capacity issues (a delayed package is not a lost package)
• Misdelivery, including delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Packages where the carrier's tracking shows the package as delivered, including theft following carrier-confirmed delivery
• Customs delays, customs seizure, or destruction by customs in the destination country

Title and risk of loss otherwise pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. Shipping Protection, as described above, is the sole and exclusive remedy for any transit loss or damage.

Before completing a purchase, you are solely responsible for verifying that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, complete, and current. Virtus Research LLC ships to the address provided at checkout exactly as entered. We will not modify, redirect, or reship orders shipped to addresses provided in error by the customer. Address-related shipping issues are excluded from any compensation, refund, or replacement consideration.

Virtus Peptides compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient transit temperatures for the duration of standard domestic shipping (typically 1–3 business days). Upon receipt, all compounds should be transferred to refrigerated or frozen storage as recommended on the product label and Certificate of Analysis (typically −20°C, protected from light, for long-term storage).

Virtus Research LLC does not offer temperature-controlled shipping options at this time. Customers in extreme-climate regions or those requesting non-standard fulfillment should contact us prior to ordering to confirm fulfillment plans.

This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time. The "Last Updated" date in the header reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Virtus Peptides website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
