Shipping Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. This Shipping Policy describes how Virtus Labs LLC processes, packages, and ships orders. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms below. This policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
01 — Order Processing & Turnaround
Virtus Labs LLC will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation on regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to delay an order in the event of stock-replenishment, batch-testing, manufacturer lead times, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond our normal workflow. You will be notified by email if a meaningful processing delay applies to your order.
02 — Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior labeling identifying the contents, the brand, or the nature of the materials inside. Outer packaging carries only the shipping carrier's labels and the return address required for delivery. This is a standard practice for research-supply shipments and is not intended to imply any concealment of regulated materials — all Virtus Peptides products are sold strictly as Research Use Only (RUO) compounds for in-vitro laboratory work.
03 — Carriers & Tracking
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via established commercial carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, at our discretion based on destination, package size, and current carrier reliability. A tracking number is generated for every order and emailed to the address provided at checkout once the package is tendered to the carrier.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 72 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
04 — International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by destination and is subject to change without notice. We do not ship to every country. Where international shipping is available, the customer is solely responsible for:
- Verifying the legality of importing research compounds into the destination country
- All customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country
- Any documentation, licensing, or import permits required by the destination country
- Risk of customs seizure, refusal of entry, return-to-sender, or destruction of the package by customs authorities
Virtus Labs LLC will not falsify customs declarations, declare a shipment as a "gift," or under-declare value to circumvent duties. All international shipments are declared accurately as research-use materials. No refund will be issued for packages seized, destroyed, or refused by customs.
05 — Risk of Loss & Carrier Issues
Risk of loss and title to all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Virtus Labs LLC's responsibility for an order ends when the package is tendered to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is generated. We are not responsible for any of the following events that occur after the package leaves our facility:
- Carrier delays, including weather delays, mechanical issues, or carrier capacity issues
- Misdelivery, including delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Lost packages where the carrier's tracking shows the package as delivered
- Stolen packages following carrier-confirmed delivery
- Damaged packages or contents resulting from carrier handling
- Customs delays, customs seizure, or destruction by customs in the destination country
If a package is confirmed lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit by the carrier, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier. Virtus Labs LLC will not intervene in carrier disputes on the customer's behalf, will not file claims on the customer's behalf, and will not issue compensation, refunds, or replacements for any shipping-related issue. This is an unconditional policy without exception, as set forth in our Refund Policy.
06 — Order Accuracy
Before completing a purchase, you are solely responsible for verifying that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct, complete, and current. Virtus Labs LLC ships to the address provided at checkout exactly as entered. We will not modify, redirect, or reship orders shipped to addresses provided in error by the customer. Address-related shipping issues are excluded from any compensation, refund, or replacement consideration.
07 — Storage & Cold-Chain Considerations
Virtus Peptides compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient transit temperatures for the duration of standard domestic shipping (typically 1–5 business days). Upon receipt, all compounds should be transferred to refrigerated or frozen storage as recommended on the product label and Certificate of Analysis (typically −20°C, protected from light, for long-term storage).
Virtus Labs LLC does not offer expedited or temperature-controlled shipping options at this time. Customers in extreme-climate regions or those requesting non-standard fulfillment should contact us prior to ordering to confirm fulfillment plans.
08 — Updates to This Policy
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time. The "Last Updated" date in the header reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Virtus Peptides website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
