These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Virtus Research LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Virtus Peptides," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, or by purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not access our website or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and any other party who accesses the website.

To purchase from Virtus Research LLC, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
• Be a qualified researcher, scientist, or industry professional with the knowledge and training to safely handle research compounds
• Ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of any product is legal under all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction

By placing an order, you affirm that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. Virtus Research LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

All products sold by Virtus Research LLC are labeled and sold exclusively as Research Use Only (RUO) compounds. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes
• Products are not for human or animal consumption of any kind, under any circumstances
• Products are not medicines, drugs, food supplements, or dietary aids
• Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, ailment, or medical condition
• Virtus Research LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
• Misuse of products for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any human use purposes is strictly prohibited

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. Virtus Research LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or inability to verify eligibility.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Virtus Research LLC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. Payment must be received and confirmed before orders are processed and shipped.

By completing a purchase, you represent that all information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Virtus Research LLC ships orders on a tiered timeline based on payment status: orders of $750 or less ship the same business day following Link Money's payment authorization, provided authorization is received before our 4:00pm MST daily cutoff; orders authorized after the cutoff are packed the same business day and ship the next business day. Orders exceeding $750 ship within two business days after ACH settlement clears, typically one to three business days from the order date. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Products that are temporarily out of stock may be offered for pre-order. Payment for pre-order items is charged in full when the order is placed. Pre-order items ship when inventory is replenished, with an estimated turnaround of approximately one week from the order date; this is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. An order containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship in separate shipments at no additional charge. All pre-order purchases are final and non-cancellable as set out in our Refund Policy.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Virtus Research LLC is not responsible for packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, descriptions, and design, is the exclusive property of Virtus Research LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any site content without our prior written consent.

Product names such as "GLP-3 (RT)," "Tesamorelin," "GLOW," and "Wolverine" are proprietary trade names of Virtus Research LLC and may not be used without express written authorization.

You agree not to use this website or any Virtus Research LLC product for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Reselling or distributing products for human use
• Using products in or on humans or animals outside of controlled in-vitro research settings
• Violating any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Misrepresenting yourself or your qualifications
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing site content without authorization
• Using the site in any way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality

Products and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Virtus Research LLC makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product or information provided on this site. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virtus Research LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virtus Research LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of our products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any third-party claims related to your actions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration proceeding.

Virtus Research LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
