Refund Policy

Virtus Research LLC maintains a strict, unconditional no-refund policy. No refunds, credits, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or accidental order
• Dissatisfaction with a product for any reason
• Claims of incorrect or missing items
• Shipping carrier delays or errors (a package lost or damaged in transit is eligible for a replacement only, never a refund, under the Shipping Protection terms of our Shipping Policy)
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Inability to use or store the product properly
• Customs seizure or import restrictions in your jurisdiction
• Any other reason whatsoever

This policy exists because our products are high-purity lyophilized research compounds that cannot be re-tested, re-certified, or restocked once they leave our possession. The integrity of our supply chain depends on an absolute chain-of-custody standard that makes returns categorically impossible.

Before completing any purchase, you are solely responsible for verifying that your order, including product selection, size, quantity, and shipping address, is correct. Virtus Research LLC will not be held responsible for any errors made during checkout by the customer. Once payment is processed, an order is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed.

Virtus Research LLC photographs and documents all shipments prior to dispatch as part of our internal quality procedures. If you believe you received an incorrect item, you may contact us at Support@VirtusPeptides.com to report the issue. Please be aware of the following:

• Contacting support does not entitle you to a replacement, refund, or credit of any kind
• Virtus Research LLC will review all claims at our sole and absolute discretion
• Due to widespread fraud in this industry, all claims are treated with a high degree of scrutiny and we reserve the right to decline any claim without explanation
• Any resolution offered (if offered at all) is entirely at the discretion of Virtus Research LLC and does not set a precedent for future claims

We are not obligated to resolve any claim in your favor and make no guarantee of any outcome from contacting support.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any order placed with Virtus Research LLC constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. We will respond to all chargebacks by providing complete documentation to the relevant financial institution, including but not limited to: order records, shipping confirmation, product photographs, and all applicable policy agreements acknowledged at checkout. Customers who initiate chargebacks may be permanently banned from making future purchases and may be subject to civil legal action for the disputed amount plus associated fees and costs.

Loss or damage in transit is handled exclusively under the complimentary Shipping Protection described in our Shipping Policy: report the issue within 72 hours and we will file the carrier insurance claim and ship a replacement. Shipping Protection is replacement-only and never entitles the customer to a refund, credit, or compensation. For every other carrier-related event, including delays, misdelivery to an address provided in error, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and customs events, Virtus Research LLC's responsibility ends when the package is tendered to the shipping carrier and no compensation of any kind will be issued.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the import and possession of any compound is lawful in your jurisdiction. Virtus Research LLC is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs or any regulatory authority. No refund or replacement will be issued in the event of a customs seizure or import restriction.

By completing a purchase from Virtus Research LLC, you acknowledge that you have read this Refund Policy in full, that you understand it, and that you irrevocably agree to its terms. If you do not agree with this policy, do not place an order.
